    The tenant covers both gas and electric. The owner pays for water, sewer, and trash.

    Having a staff member on-site at all times ensures that we are able to take care of any urgent needs and emergencies. Getting locked out of your apartment, needing to pick up a package, noise complaints, and snow removal are just some of the things we are quick to respond to.

    Both rent and the security deposit are determined by the owner of the condo. Both are made payable to them as well.

    Yes, we sure are. This program helps us prevent crime, maintain equity, and promote compatibility with surrounding neighborhoods.

Residents

  • keyboard_arrow_downHow can I arrange for a pool party?

    Pool parties can be arranged by talking to the main office and setting up a reservation. There is a $50.00 deposit that we take with $25.00 of that refundable if all rules are followed.

  • keyboard_arrow_downHow can I rent a storage unit?

    Contact the office during regular business hours and we can set you up. Storage units are $15.00/month if the owner of the condo co-signs. Without a co-signer, the rate is $25.00/month.

  • keyboard_arrow_downWhat are the spa and pool hours?

    Both the spa and pool are are open from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. The pool is seasonal.
